September Training Program – Busting out the Basics
This month we are going to really lock down our basic movements. You've been doing pushups and pullups since you were a kid, but can you do 20 really well? This month explore the high rep realm of your training.
Below are two training programs for the month - work up to doing each 3 times a week (that will leave you one rest day). You may not be able to start with that much because the high reps may leave you a little sore.
