Hi all, I’ve gotten lots of emails asking for quick tips to feel better so I wanted to put together a short list of some of my favorite and easiest movements to get you moving better, Fast!
The last two videos aren’t so much of a tip as they are a demonstration to help you change your fitness paradigm. The point of exercise is to feel better, move better, and live better. If you can accomplish all of these while having fun and being creative then that is the best possible scenario. Hopefully this video will not only show you what you have to work toward but also give you some ideas on how to invent your own movement sequence.
